This place is awesome, and the leasing staff are really helpful. The maintenance team is really nice, and they will answer your questions effectively. If you ask for help, they will definitely help. I moved in almost 2 months ago, and I LOVE it! The amenities building is incredible and brand new. I’m the first person to live in my apartment after the remodel and the upgrades are great. New kitchen and bathroom, and they beautifully restored the hardwood floors from the 50s! The security guards are AWESOME! This place is an amazing place. The amenities building is awesome and completely brand new. The whole property is 100% secure with security on site 24/7. I always feel safe when my grand-kids come over. Everything in the building has been renovated. I would definitely say come check it out, you wont be let down. I recently toured this property with my husband and fell in love. We went on a tour and I was absolutely delighted with what I saw. The amenities building is just amazing. There's a full gym AND a pool table. After the tour, my husband and I put a holding fee in to secure the apartment we saw. Our Leasing Agent made it as simple and stress-free as possible. This place blew every expectation I had out of the water. The building is completely renovated with a brand-new clubhouse, as well as pool, tennis court and outdoor lounge area. The hallways and lobby are super inviting and the security and doormen are always polite. The leasing staff and management are also helpful with any issues that come up. We really loved this place. The Amenities building is gorgeous. Clean huge gym, kids play room over looking the pool, BBQ & fire pit area. Not to mention how surprisingly spacious the units are with new kitchens and granite counters. Everyone was so nice. Thanks to 100 York we are now so excited to move in! ~Teresa T.

The maintenance staff is wonderful! The security guards are all pleasant and helpful. The amenities building is gorgeous. The pool is definitely my favorite. I have been living at 100 York for close to three months and I have had a very positive experience thus far. They have always been very responsive and thorough in handling maintenance requests.
